Shine career plus has a panel of CV writing experts that can literally make your CV shine. We wanted candidates to realise the value and importance of well written CVs when it comes to job prospects.

 

Idea:

 

What is a CV if not an advertisement for you? And that makes a bad CV, a bad ad, right?! To bring this compelling insight to life we put our desi Picassos to work (the ones that make that larger than life bollywood posters), to make these creatives by hand.  And on the radio we did our ear popping versions of bad ads.
