A first in India. An award from the President Of India
The Nokia recycle campaign was a first in the mobile category at the time. It aimed at promoting sustainability way back in 2010.
The vehicle of the communication was kids because in reality it is their future that we are playing with.
The campaign drove up sales, the green targets and we recycled over 1 Lac phones.

Main Bhi Coach
An SMS based advice helpline for an IPL Cricket Team
Back in 2009-2010, it was the era of basic phones, good enough to send SMSes.
We thought a loosing team like the Kolkatta Knight Riders could do with some advice and everyone in India could be a coach for them. So Sharukh Khan (also the owner, the top movie actor and our brand ambassador) announced that he and his team would welcome this. So Nokia launched the 'Everyone can be a coach' contest.
For the films we got a newspaper delivery boy showing how to get a run out and a K serial actresses teaching how to sledge.
Results:
Over 1 Million SMSes recieved, think of it as brand engagement.
And sales went up by 15% that quarter.
